GoodGym

We are a community of runners that combines getting fit with doing good. We do this in three ways:

1. Group Runs
2. Missions
3. Coach Runs

1. Group Runs
A group of runners meets and runs in group to help with a task that a local organisation needs to be done.

2. Missions
Our runners help vulnerable, isolated and housebound people with one off basic household and garden tasks they can’t do on their own.

3. Coach Runs
Our runners are paired with isolated people. They run to see them each week.
